The goal was to create a distinctive brand identity for Burj Boutique, the tallest hotel in the world, located on the 112th floor of the iconic Burj Khalifa Tower in Dubai. The challenge was to reflect the ambition, exclusivity, and elegance of the hotel, while appealing to two distinct target audiences: independent travelers seeking unique experiences and corporate guests who value quality and reputation.

Drawing inspiration from the hotel’s unique positioning as the tallest in the world, we developed a brand identity that speaks to ambition, exclusivity, and luxury. The brand essence — “Always be first” — was infused into every design element, positioning Burj Boutique as the ultimate destination for those who appreciate comfort, style, and exceptional quality. The visual identity was crafted to appeal to ambitious, stylish individuals who value experiences that set them apart from the crowd.
Solution
The design combined sleek, modern aesthetics with elements that evoke a sense of grandeur and exclusivity. A minimalist logo was created to embody the elegance and ambition of the hotel, while the overall visual identity was kept sharp and stylish, appealing to both independent travelers and corporate guests. The branding also emphasized the hotel’s role as a premier “Instagram-worthy” destination, creating a place where guests can feel their uniqueness. Additionally, a refined color palette and luxurious materials were chosen to convey the hotel’s high standards of quality and comfort.
